The Public Education Foundation is a national charity dedicated to supporting students and educators at public schools, predominantly via the delivery of scholarships and also advocating for public education. Around for almost 10 years now much of the work focuses on students in NSW, but the Foundation is actively working to expand the reach of some scholarships available for primary teachers at government schools nationally.
The First State Super Teachers Scholarship is designed to assist public primary school teachers who are teaching Early Stage One or Stage One. The Scholarship provides up to $10,000 to be spent on professional development.
The Teachers Health Early Career Scholarship supports public primary school teachers in the first three years of their career. The Scholarship provides up to $10,000 to be spent on professional development.
